At VintaCraft Coffee, we want your coffee to reach you as quickly and fresh as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are roasted fresh after you place them. Because we don’t stockpile coffee, please allow 1–2 business days for roasting and packing before your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs or local postal services.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on:
Hong Kong orders over HK$500
International orders over US$80 (or equivalent)
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Please note:
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.
We do not mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue packages. Customs regulations require accurate declarations.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier first — then reach out to us if you need assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@vintacrt.shop and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your coffee, but sometimes things happen during transit.
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days. We’ll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period (15+ business days for international, 7+ for local), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
