Refund and Returns Policy

At VintaCraft Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans. Because coffee is a perishable product, we maintain a strict but fair returns policy to ensure you receive the freshest possible experience.

Overview

Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong grind selection, or simple preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if something is wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Conditions for refund:

  • The product is damaged or defective (e.g., broken vacuum seal, foreign objects, rancid smell).

  • You received the wrong coffee.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Non‑refundable items:

  • Products that have been opened and are not defective.

  • Items returned after 7 days.

  • Free samples or promotional items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item (e.g., wrong coffee was sent), please email us at support@vintacrt.shop and we will provide instructions.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the original product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer a substitute of equal value.

Shipping Returns

To return a product (eligible items only), you must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost (reimbursed after tracking is provided).

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you ordered the wrong coffee and we agree to accept it as a one‑time courtesy), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
